Flux-Station TT31
For to optimize the manual cable working process the Tintec TT31 flux station for use in manual fluxing and tinning processes was developed.
It containes a adjustable bottom for different length of cables to be fluxed.
The adjustable bottom helps to save time during the fluxing process due to that the cable can be faster and easily put to the exact pre set bottom position without difficult searching of dipping depth.
Further ensures fluxing with preset bottom that only the exact required by the flux wetted part of the cable will be tinned through the subsequent tinning process.
The device is equipped with a millimeter scale to adjust the moving bottom.
